Your RATIONAL warranty lasts two years from the installation date. Proof of installation is required.

A Site Survey ensures all installation requirements (electric, gas, water, drainage, and waste disposal) are met, preventing issues on installation day.
As a certified RATIONAL Service Partner, we ensure your oven is installed to manufacturer standards, helping to prevent downtime or damage from incorrect setup. Professional installation guarantees optimal performance and results.
For units with Care Control, regular cleaning and PPM service visits are essential.
For units without Care Control in hard water areas, we recommend installing a water softener, alongside regular PPM visits.
Our Service Technicians can perform manual or chemical descales during service visits if needed.
