If your unit is in warranty, we must advise, it may be possible that your fault is not covered by this warranty; for more information, please refer to your warranty terms.

If your Rational is not covered under warranty, our charges are:

Standard Rates:

Call Out: £220.00 (1st Hour Inclusive)
Labour: £90.00 (billed in 30 minute increments)

Monday – Friday:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Standard rate
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: 1.5x standard rate
8:00 PM – 6:00 AM: 2.0x standard rate
6:00 AM – 8:00 AM: 1.5x standard rate

Saturday (until 5:00PM) – 1.5x standard rate

Sunday – 2.0x standard rate

I understand, should a GasTech Inc Ltd engineer attend at an agreed date and not be able to carry out works, I will still be charged at the above outlined rates. I also understand that these prices do not include congestion, parking charges or parts. We may ask for payment upfront dependant on a Credit Safe reference or our discretion.
