To become an authorised Rational Service Partner, a company must put its engineers through Rational's own factory training programme, demonstrate the technical capability to work on the full product range, and meet Rational's standards for parts handling, safety compliance and customer service.
Partners receive direct access to Rational's technical support team, proprietary diagnostic tooling, and OEM parts supply chain. They are also authorised to carry out warranty repairs on Rational's behalf — something only a partner can do.

We are not Rational UK's in-house team, but we are officially approved and authorised by Rational to carry out warranty and out-of-warranty repairs, use their diagnostic tools, and source OEM parts through their supply chain.
You are not legally required to use an authorised partner for out-of-warranty repairs. However, using an unauthorised engineer risks voiding your warranty, the use of non-OEM parts, and work that Rational will not back. For in-warranty repairs, Rational requires an authorised partner to preserve warranty coverage.
