Service contracts – We have three levels of equipment contracts with flexible solutions to suit your business. We’ll make sure your equipment is safe, efficient and reliable.

Service and maintenance contracts are crucial to the smooth running of a home, hotel, restaurant, café, bar or kitchen. If your equipment breaks down or just isn’t doing its job properly, then you stand to lose out; whether it be your heating at home or the service of your restaurant is at risk.

Preventative maintenance is key to ongoing productivity in your home or kitchen. We will regularly check your equipment to ensure it’s safe to operate and, on many occasions, pre-warn you of imminent failure. We can reduce the risk of breakdown and increase the efficiency of the equipment. We’ll keep a note of every model and serial number in your kitchen to speed up repairs and ensure accuracy. We have several flexible service and repair packages available so we meet the needs of every client. We offer a free, no-obligation quote so please get in touch if you’d like to discuss your options. We’ll visit your premises to see what equipment you work with, find out more about your home or business, and send you a bespoke quote. Should you wish to go ahead with a GTi Service Contract, all you have to do is return the signed agreement and we’ll contact you to schedule maintenance visits.
